7. Payments & Commercial Terms

Advance payments may be required before execution
Delays in payment may result in suspension of services
All applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges shall be borne by the client unless specified
Raybrand reserves the right to revise pricing before project confirmation.
8. Execution Limitations & Force Majeure
Raybrand shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Government restrictions or permissions
Public disturbances or strikes
Natural disasters
Third-party vendor failures
Such events do not constitute breach of contract.
9. Health, Safety & Compliance
